Vogel LLP Team Participated in First Annual Calgary Peace Run
A team from the Calgary law firm ran for charity at the local run in September
Calgary, Alberta (October 12, 2012) – Vogel LLP Managing Partner Victor Vogel announced that a small, but dedicated team represented Vogel LLP when they recently competed in the first annual Calgary Peace Run.
“The run took place on Sunday, September 23rd, which turned out to be a beautiful sunny day,” commented Victor Vogel, Managing Partner at the Calgary law firm. “We were all excited and proud to have a team from Vogel LLP take part in the first Calgary Peace Run.”
The Peace Run course wound through the Eau Claire area and had a great turnout from all over Calgary. The purpose of the Peace Run was to raise funds for the Consortium for Peace Studies, Project Ploughshares Calgary and cdpeace, an organization based in Sierra Leone. The success of the Peace Run this year means participants can look forward to another run next fall.
