Jorge is a proficient litigator who is highly effective inside and outside of the courtroom. He takes both a pragmatic and creative approach to advocating for his clients, and to strategize on complex litigation matters.
Biography
Jorge practices in our Family Law and Estate Litigation groups at Vogel LLP. Prior to joining Vogel LLP, Jorge managed a diverse practice and successfully represented his clients at all levels of the Alberta courts, including the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Justice. Jorge has also successfully appeared before the Alberta Human Rights Commission Tribunal.
Jorge was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He received his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, and prior to law school, Jorge obtained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Philosophy (with Distinction).
