Alberta Lawyers Assistance Society Fundraiser
ASSIST (Alberta Lawyers Assistance Society) is a registered charity providing help to lawyers, law students, and their families with personal problems. They offer a continuum of services including professional counselling, peer support, and education relating to physical and mental health issues.
On May 8, 2014 a fundraising dinner will be held in support of ASSIST at the Sheraton Suites Eau Claire in Calgary, Alberta. This is sure to be a special event as the Keynote Speaker has just been announced to be Senator Romeo Dallaire, retired Lieutenant General and celebrated humanitarian.
