Court of Appeal Success for Andy Hayher
Andy Hayher was recently successful at the Alberta Court of Appeal. Andy was acting for the Respondent father in an appeal related to a parenting order that was granted by Court of King’s Bench Justice E.C. Wilson. The mother appealed the parenting order and we were successful in obtaining a unanimous decision having the appeal dismissed with costs. The written reasons for the decision can be found at this link.
